Returns Policy

For returns please contact us  and explain the reason for the return. Please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition, including all tags, within 30 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, an email will be sent with the total amount of the store credit. If an item is received without tags, worn, altered, washed or damaged, the return will not be accepted. If an item is received as such, the item may be shipped back to the customer. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.

Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewelry, swimwear, underwear and bodysuits they are final sale.

Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for: Your package’s tracking number Your package is out for delivery Your package has arrived If you haven't received a shipping notification for your order after 7 days, please contact us.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday and Thursday from 10:00am to 12:00pm.Every customer receives a shipping notification once the package leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update. We take 2-3 days to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.
